Alex and Arturo did a clean install of a new water heater for my home, in quick time. Alex was very responsive and professional in his communication. They also flushed my existing water heater and helped unclog a few faucets.

When I called, they were able to come the next day and repair the sewer line. Team is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Great communication and work was delivered as promised, highly recommended them!!

They were prompt and courteous. They completed an inspection for me and were able to come out on short notice.

We had some foundational issues that required day of service. Not only was the team that came out extremely courteous and respectful. They got the job done in one day. Worked all day in the sun and still respected the space. Even stayed a little later to pick up and put outside furniture back. Professional, friendly and quick. We appreciate the service!

Their company name matches the quality of their work. The job was definitely “Done Right”. A three man crew came to our rental to fix a plumbing issue due to the foundation of the home shifting. They started around 8am and did not leave until 8pm. Very kind and professional.

I called done right plumbing after getting a crazy over priced quote from another company to have my gas line under my house changed out. Not only were they far far cheaper the owner was super nice and very professional. I agreed to have the work done and they got me scheduled in for the next day and had the job done within 1.5 hours so I could get my gas turned back on. We had a unique situation: my elderly mom's dentures were flushed down the toilet! Alejandro came over with a scope and camera and found them 66 feet from where he inserted the camera! In about an hour, he had them out and safe and sound. Great job Alejandro!!

My house line broke and my yard was flooding - not a good time. I had called a few other places but hadn’t heard back. I saw someone in my neighborhood recommend Alejandro so I gave him a call later in the day. He was able to still get to my house the same day! He made sure everything was fixed for me and that we had water again and there were no other leaks anywhere. I so appreciate him coming quickly and doing the job right. He’s very fair, honest and trustworthy. Alejandro will now be my go to person.
